On October 31 and November 1, 2026, Rio Othon Palace hosts O Mundo à Mesa — Circuito Gourmet Internacional de Chefs. The program features cooking demonstrations, competitions and exhibitors, bringing together 23 chefs with culinary links to 16 countries. Admission is free with a Sympla ticket; Saturday’s Jantar Magno is ticketed separately.

Jantar Magno: the chefs and the menu

Jantar Magno takes place on Saturday at 8 p.m., with five paired courses curated by chef Pedro Alex. The announced menu includes burrata and rack of lamb, finishing with picarones with passion fruit and orange honey.
