November 2026 holidays in Guarapari: cabins and a short-break guide
All Souls’ Day and Black Consciousness Day: dates, beach or trail, and time to enjoy the cabins in Perocão.
10/15/2026
November 2026 offers two three-day windows for a trip to Guarapari: October 31 to November 2 for All Souls’ Day, and November 20–22 for Brazil’s National Zumbi and Black Consciousness Day. For travelers with those days off, Cavalo Marinho and Ouriço do Mar cabins in Perocão can be a base for a break combining the beach, a nature outing and time at the accommodation itself.
- All Souls’ Day: Monday, November 2. Suggested break: Saturday, October 31, to Monday, November 2.
- Black Consciousness Day: Friday, November 20. Suggested break: Friday, November 20, to Sunday, November 22.
- Proclamation of the Republic: Sunday, November 15. The date does not extend the weekend by itself.
A short break without trying to see the whole city
Couples looking to unwind can choose a beach morning and leave the afternoon for the cabin. Families or friends who enjoy exploring can set aside the middle day for Setiba or Paulo César Vinha State Park — there is no need to fit in both. Perocão has a community connected to fishing and lies in northern Guarapari: that is the focus here, rather than moving between the north and south of the city in one day.
A suggested three-day itinerary
Day 1: arrive and stay local
After arriving, get to know the surroundings in Perocão and pick up the supplies you want for the stay. Leave the first afternoon free of booked outings, so a travel day does not become another packed schedule. In the evening, the cabins’ kitchen and fire pit let you prepare a meal without heading out again.
Day 2: choose between beach and trail
Setiba suits visitors who prefer a beach morning with waterfront kiosks. For a walk through coastal restinga vegetation, the alternative is Paulo César Vinha State Park, on the ES-060 highway at km 37.5 in Setiba. The Restinga Trail reaches Lagoa de Caraís along a 2.5 km route from the park headquarters; bring water, sun protection and enough energy for the return. These are different outings: the beach for settling in, the park for walking.
- Park: advertised opening hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily; trail entry closes at 3 p.m.
- Individual visits: free admission without advance booking under the published rules.
- Organized groups of 15 to 40 people: weekday visits only, booked in advance.
- Pets are not permitted in the park.
Day 3: breakfast and an unhurried departure
On the last day, prioritize breakfast, packing and departure at the time stated in your booking. If there is time before leaving, keep it to a short stop in the neighborhood. A moqueca capixaba lunch can fit elsewhere in the trip; there is little point crossing the city on the final morning just to complete a checklist.

Both cabins are on Rua Domingos Correia da Rocha in Perocão. Each accommodates up to four guests and has a kitchen, private spa, fire pit and parking. Couples can alternate an outing with an afternoon at the accommodation; families or small groups have more flexibility over meal times with a kitchen. Choose between Cavalo Marinho and Ouriço do Mar by looking at each unit’s photos and the terms for your dates.

Do I need a car for this itinerary?
A car makes it easier to combine Perocão, Setiba and the park on your own schedule. If you are not driving, arrange both outward and return journeys before setting off; this itinerary does not assume transport is provided by the accommodation.
What if it rains during the holiday?
Swap the beach or trail for a meal at the cabin and some downtime. The kitchen makes it easier to adapt the day without relying on an outdoor outing. Before heading out, check the forecast and official alerts close to the date.
Can I bring children and a baby?
Both cabins accept children and babies but do not provide a crib. Give the full composition of your group when enquiring so the sleeping arrangements can be confirmed within the unit’s capacity.
Does the itinerary set the number of nights for my booking?
No. The three days are a travel suggestion, not an accommodation package. Enter your arrival, departure and guest count through the official channel to check availability, rates and any minimum-stay requirement.
